AEP Robison Park — Sorenson Rebuild
This 22-mile AEP rebuild replaced a 1940s vintage double-circuit 138-kV transmission line in the same corridor. The two new circuits are energized 345-kV and 138-kV respectively. The line is performing as expected and within the predicted parameters.
Construction began in April 2014, and the project was well received by the community and those involved in the rebuild.
